Use of the Service:

ShereheHub allows users to create, manage, and share event invitations, generate invitation cards, manage guest lists, send WhatsApp invitation messages, and track RSVP or attendance information.

User Responsibilities:

By using ShereheHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event and guest information.
• Use the platform only for lawful event management purposes.
• Ensure that guests have agreed to receive WhatsApp or other event-related messages where required.
• Avoid uploading harmful, illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

WhatsApp Messaging:

ShereheHub may integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform to send event invitations and related updates. You are responsible for ensuring that phone numbers are correct and that recipients have permission to receive messages. ShereheHub is not responsible for messages that fail because of incorrect phone numbers, WhatsApp restrictions, recipient device issues, or third-party service limitations.

Event Content:

Users are responsible for the accuracy of event details including names, venues, times, map links, and invitation information. ShereheHub is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect event information entered by users.

Payments and Charges:

If paid features are offered, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase. WhatsApp messaging fees, where applicable, may depend on Meta/WhatsApp pricing and message category.

Service Availability:

We try to keep ShereheHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party API issues, or technical problems.

Third-Party Services:

ShereheHub may rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting providers, storage providers, payment providers, or map services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Limitation of Liability:

ShereheHub is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShereheHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Account Suspension:

We may suspend or restrict access if a user abuses the platform, violates these terms, sends unauthorized messages, or uses the system for unlawful activity.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
