ShereheHub allows users to request deletion of their personal data, account data, event data, or guest information where applicable.
How to Request Data Deletion:
To request deletion, send an email to:
Use the subject:
Data Deletion Request - ShereheHub
In your email, include:
- Your full name
- Your account email or phone number
- Event name, if related to a specific event
- A short description of the data you want deleted
What Happens Next:
After receiving your request, we will review and process it within a reasonable time. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account or event before deleting data.
Data That May Be Deleted:
- User account information
- Event information
- Guest list information
- Invitation records
- RSVP records
- WhatsApp message tracking records
- Generated invitation images, where applicable
Data We May Retain:
Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or system integrity purposes.
